Erzurum İli Tarım İşletmelerinde Patates Üretim Maliyetinin Hesaplanması

Bu arastırmada Erzurum ili tarım isletmelerinde yapılan patates üretim faaliyetinde kullanılan fiziki üretim girdilerinin miktarları ve birim üretim maliyetlerinin tespiti amaçlanmıstır.Arastırma yöresini temsil edecek sekilde toplam 16 köyden 160 isletme basit tesadüfi örnekleme yöntemi ile belirlenmis ve bu isletmelerde 2003 üretim yılına iliskin bilgiler anket yolu ile temin edilmistir. Incelenen isletmeler ortalamasında patates üretiminin 78,20 saat isgücüne, 4,40 saat traktör çeki gücüne talebinin bulundugu ve 1 kg patates maliyetinin 175 402TL oldugu tespit edilmistir.

Calculating Potatoes Production Cost on the Farms in Erzurum Province

The aim of this research is to determine the physical input requirement and production cost for the production of potatoes on the farms in Erzurum province. The data used in this research were collected from 160 farms through a survey that were determined by simple random sampling method from 16 villages in the year of 2003. It was found that for the average farm per decar, 78,40 hours labour and 4,40 hours tractor power were needed and 1 kg of potatoes production cost is 175 402 TL.
