Bu çalışmada 10-150 |ig/ml miktarlarındaki glifosat herbisitinin tek ve kombine Lactobacillus bulgariçus, Lactobacillus plantarum, Streptococcus thermophilus, Streptococcus lactis, Streptococcus diacetylactis, Pediocoçcus pentosaceus bakterilerinin gelişimi ve laktik asit üretimi üzerindeki etkisi incelenmiştir. Glifosatın L. bulgariçus suşlarının gelişimlerini genellikle stimüle ederken, diğer test bakterilerinin gelişimi üzerinde, inhibisyon etkisi gösterdiği tespit edilmiştir. Yapılan çalışmalarda glifosatın artan konsantrasyonlarında (10-150 ng/ml) gerek tek kültürlerin, gerekse kombine kültürlerin asit üretiminde azalma olduğu belirlenmiştir.

In this study the effect of 10-150 ng/ml of giyphosate solution on single and mixed cultures of Lactobacillus bulgariçus, Lactobacillus plantarum, Streptococcus thermophilus, Streptococcus laçtis, Streptococcus diacetylactis, Pediococcus pentosaceus were investigated. In general, glyphosata simulated growth of L. bulgariçus. On the other hand herbicide were inhibited growth of other test bacteria. Results showed that increasing giyphosate solution (10-150 ng/ml) was decreased acid production by single and mixed cultures.
