EN İYİ TEDARİK ZİNCİRİ UYGULAMALARI VE BİR SAHA ÇALIŞMASI

Tedarik zinciri yönetimi (TZY) günümüz işletmelerinin gündemini oluşturan önemli konulardan birisidir. Tedarik zincirinin etkili bir şekilde yönetilmesi uygulamacı ve akademik çevrelerde tartışılmaktadır. Bu çalışma Sivas ilinde faaliyet gösteren sanayi işletmelerinin en iyi tedarik zinciri uygulamalarını ne denli takip ettiklerini, tedarikçi seçim kriterlerini ve tedarikçi performansını belirleme amacıyla kaleme alınmıştır. 41 firma üzerinde anket çalışması yapılarak elde edilen veriler istatistikî açıdan değerlendirmeye tabi tutulmuştur. Sonuçlar işletmelerin en iyi tedarik zinciri uygulamaları konusunda eksikleri olduğunu, tedarikçi seçim kriterlerine riayet ettikleri ve tedarikçi performansını yeterli bulduklarını göstermiştir
