Total ve besin maddesi sindirilme oranlarının su ürünleri yetiştiriciliğindeki önemi

Balık üretimini sınırlayan en önemli faktörlerin başında yem masrafları gelmektedir. Rasyon hazırlanırken, balık türüne göre besin maddesi gereksinimini karşılayabilmek için kullanılacak yem hammaddelerinin belirlenmesinde, hem maliyet hem de sindirilme oranlan göz önünde bulundurulmalıdır. Bu çalışmada, akuakültürde, total ve besin madde sindirilme oranlarının önemi ve bu oranlan belirleme yöntemleri, bazı güncel literatürler ışığında özetlenmiştir.

The importance of total and nutrient digestibility in aquaculture

Feed expenses are among the most important factors affecting aquaculture. When formulating a cost-effective diet, the cost of the ingredients as well as their digestibility efficiencies to meet the nutrient requirements in fish species, should be considered. In the present text, the methods for determination of total and nutrient digestibilities, which are important criteria in aquaculture studies, were briefly reviewed.
