Bu araştırmada, balıklarda sağlık ve fiziksel durumun önemli göstergeleri olarak bilinen kan parametrelerinden bazılarına (Hemoglobin, hematokrit ve sediment) farklı yetiştirme sistemlerinin etkisi araştırılmıştır. Kafeslerdeki balıklardan alınan kan örneklerinde havuzlardakine nazaran hemoglobin değeri ve hematokrit değeri (sırasıyla %8.26 ve %3.27) düşük, sediment değeri ise %80 oranında yüksek olarak bulunmuştur. Havuzlarda sırasıyla 6.90 g/100 mi, %44.56 ve 1.0 mm/saat olarak bulunan parametreler kafeslerde 6.33 g/100 mi, %43.10 ve 1.8 mm/saat olarak ortaya çıkmıştır.
In this study, the effect of different culture methods on some blood parameters (haemoglobin, haemotocrit and sediment) which known as important indicators of health and physical situation of fish were investigated. The blood samples which were taken from cage culture took low haemoglobin (8.26%) and haematocrit (3.27%) but high sediment values (80%) comparing to pond culture fish samples. The parameters, in pond culture were found as 6.90 g/100 ml, 44.56% and 1.0 mm/hour, in cage culture 6.33 g/100 ml, 43.10% and 1.8 mm/hour, respectively.
