Doğu Kardeniz Bölgesi, Trabzon sahil şeridinde Noctiluca scintillans Kofoids & Swezy'in mevsimsel değişimi

Noctiluca scintillans, büyük boyutundan dolayı, asm üreme esnasında kıyısal alanlarda tehlikeli bir durum olan anoksiyaya sebep olabilir. Bu çalışmada, Haziran 1999-Nisan 2000 tarihleri arasında R/V KTU DENAR Sürmene Koyu'ndaki 15 seferi esnasında alınan örnekler analiz edildi. Deniz suyu örneklerinde, H2S yaklaşık olarak 130-135 m derinliklerde tespit edildi. Plankton örnekleri 150 m ile yüzey arasında, 75 cm ağız açıklığında ve 75 $mu$ m göz açıklığına sahip plankton kepçesi kullanılarak yapılan vertikal çekimlerle toplandı. Örnekleme süresince en yüksek hücre konsantrasyonu sırasıyla, Şubat 2000'de 99.000 hücre $m^{-3}$, Haziran 1999'da 90.000 hücre $m^{-3}$ ve Eylül 1999 tarihinde 80.500 hücre $m^{-3}$ olarak belirlenmiştir.

Seasonal changes of Noctiluca scintillans Kofoids & Swezy in Trabzon coast,Eastren Black Sea

During the bloom, Noctiluca scintillans cause such dangerous situation like anoxia in the coastal area because of its large size. Samples taken from Sürmene Bay during 15 cruise of R/V KTU DENAR between June 1999-April 2000 were analyzed in this study. In the sea water samples EbS were determined about 130-135 m depth. The plankton samples were taken from water column between the depth of 150 m-surface by vertical hauls using a plankton net of 75 m mouth opening and 75 $mu$ m mesh size. During the sampling period highest cell concentration were observed as 99.000 cell $m^{-3}$ in February 2000,90.000 cell $m^{-3}$ in Junel999 and 80.500 cell $m^{-3}$ in September 1999.
