Su ürünlerindeki omega-3 yağ asitlerinin önemi ve sağlık üzerine etkisi

Bu derlemede Omega-3 yağ asitlerinin insan diyetindeki önemi, günlük tavsiye edilen miktarları, çeşitli hastalıklara karşı koruyucu etkileri ve Omega-3 yağ asitleri üzerine yapılan son araştırmalarla çocuk beslenmesinde, dermotolojik problemlerde, akciğer hastalığı ve mide-bağırsak hastalıklardaki etkileri ele alınarak önemi vurgulanmış ve mevcut kaynaklar irdelenmiştir.

Effects on health and importance of omega-3 fatty acids in seafood

In this review, the value of Omega-3 fatty acids in the human diet was explained. We outline the recommended daily amounts needed and possible sources, explore their protective effects against heart disease and rheumatoid arthritis and look at recent research in the value of Omega-3 fatty acids on infant nutrition, dermatological problems, lung disease and gastro-intestinal disease.
