Gasp Suçunu İşleyenler Üzerine Sosyolojik Bir Araştırma: Elazığ E Tipi Cezaevi Örneği
Bu çalışma, Elazığ E tipi cezaevinde tutuklu/hükümlü bulunan gasp suçlularını konu edinmektedir. Ülkemizde son dönemlerde, gasp suçlanndaki eğilimin artması, konunun incelenmesinin gerekliliğini ortaya koymaktadır. Bu çerçevede araştırma, gasp suçunu işleyenlerin; sosyo-ekonomik, demografik ve kültürel profiline ilişkin bazı bulgular ortaya koymak amacıyla gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırmanın bilgi toplama aracı olarak, anket kullanılmıştır. Araştırma grubunda toplam olarak 20 gasp suçundan tutuklu/hükümlü bulunmaktadır.
A Sociological Research on the People Committed Robbery: The Case of Elazığ E Type Prison
This study aims to investigate robbery crime and criminals who are prisoned in Elazığ E type prison. The increasing tendency of this crime required such a study. With this regard, the research has been carried out in order to put forward some findings regarding the socio-economical, demographic and cultural profiles of the people who committed robbery crime. To collect the needed data a questionnaire was administered in the prison. The total number at robbery criminals was 20.
