Capparis spinosa L. var. spinosa ve Capparis ovata Desf. var. canescens (Coss.) Hey-wood'in üç farklı büyüklükteki {x

The flower buds at three different size (x<8 mm, 8<x<13 mm and x>13 mm) of Capparis sptnosa L. var. sptnosa and Capparis ovata Desf. var. canescens (Coss.) Heywood were pickled in brine contained 15 % salt for two months. Dimethyl Sülflte contents of the flower at three different size of both species were determined via gas chromatography. Highest DMS contents were established at small buds of both species.
