Multigerm tetraploid şeker pancarı populasyonlarından döl seçimi

Şeker Enstitüsü' nde hibrid çeşit üretim programlarında kullanmak amacıyla teteploid familyalar ıslah etmek için 1996 yılnda 4 değişik kaynaktan temin edilen tohumlar karıştırılarak Fı ve F2 tohumlan üretilmiştir. Tohum üretimlerinin her aşaması, kenevir izolasyonlu kabinlerde serbest (Random) döllenme sağlanarak yapılmıştır. 1998 yılnda, F2 döllerinden tohum dalı iyi gelişmiş, sık tohumlu, bol polenili olanlar seçilmiş ve tek tek tohumları hasat edilmiştir. Seçilen 97 döl ile ÜÇ kontrol çeşit, 1999 yılnda döl testi denemesine alınmıştır. Denemede; kök verimi, şeker varlığı (Digestion), Na, K, zararlı azot (a-Amino) değerleri ölçülerek, arıtılmış şeker varlığı ve hektarda şeker verimleri hesaplanmıştır. Döl testi deneme. sonuçlarına gire 20 döl, ileri generasyonlarda yeni testler yapılarak familya üretmek için seçilmiştir.,

Progeny selection from tetraploid sugar beet populations

With the aim of breeding tetraploid families for the use in the production of hybrid varieties at Sugar Institute, Fi and F2 seeds were produced in 1996 by random mixing of the seeds obtained from four different sources. Each stage of seed production was carried out under hemp isolations through random pollinations. In 1998, those F2 progenies having well-developed and dense-seed branches, and abundant amounts of pollens were selected and their seeds were then harvested separately. In this study; root yield, sugar content (digestion), N4- K and a-amino N values were determined, extractable sugar content and sugar yield per hectiar were calculated. Based on the results of the experiments; 20 progeny were selected to be used for the production of families by canying out new progeny testings over the next generations.
