Lojistik Sektörü Acısından Meslek Yüksekokullarının Önemi ve Öğrencilerin Lojistik Sektörüne Yönelik Tutumlarının Değerlendirilmesi

Bu çalışmanın temel amacı, meslek yüksekokullarının lojistik sektöründeki yeri ve öneminin tartışılması ve lojistik eğitimi alan öğrencilerin eğitime, işe ve sektöre yönelik tutumlarının belirlenmesi ve lojistik sektörü açısından değerlendirilmesidir. Bu amaçla, Konya Selçuk Üniversitesi SBMYO eğitim alan 175 öğrenci üzerinde uygulama yapılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda, lojistik eğitimi alan öğrencilerin eğitime, işe ve sektöre yönelik tutumlarının olumlu olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Ayrıca, öğrencilerin işe yönelik olumlu tutumlarının düzeylerinin eğitime ve sektöre yönelik tutumlarının düzeylerinden daha yüksek olduğu belirlenmiştir. Araştırmada ayrıca, öğrencilerin eğitime, işe ve sektöre yönelik tutumları arasında olumlu ve önemli ilişki olduğu saptanmıştır. Öğrencilerin eğitime yönelik tutumları ile işe yönelik tutumları arasındaki ilişki düzeyi, sektöre yönelik tutumları arasındaki ilişki düzeyinden daha yüksektir. Ayrıca, öğrencilerin eğitime yönelik tutumlarının işe yönelik tutumlarını önemli ve olumlu etkilediği, ancak eğitime yönelik tutumlarının sektöre yönelik tutumları düşük düzeyde etkilediği ortaya konulmuştur.

Evaluation Of The İmportance Of Vocational Schools İn Logistics Sector And Students Attitudes Towards Logistics Sector

This research aims at discussing the place and importance of vocational schools in the logistics sector, determining the attitudes of logistics students towards the job and sector and evaluating these in terms of logistics sector. For that purpose, a survey is conducted on 175 students having education in Konya Selcuk University Vocational School of Social Sciences. The research findings reveal that the attitudes of students having logistics education towards the education they have, the job and the sector are positive. Moreover, the positive attitudes of students towards the job is found to be higher than their attitudes towards the education and the sector. A positive correlation between the students' attitudes towards education, job and sector. The level of correlation between the students' attitudes towards the education and job is higher than the level of correlation between the attitudes towards the sector. In addition, the attitudes of students' towards education affect their attitudes towards the job at an important and positive way. However, the attitudes toward the education affect the students' attitudes towards sector at a lower level.
