KÜRESELLEŞME, BİRLEŞMİŞMİLLETLER VE ULUSLARARASI SOSYAL DÜZEN ARAYIŞI

Neo-Liberal yaklaşıma göre, piyasa mekanizmasına bırakılan ekonomik küreselleşme dünya refahınıartırmaktadır. Ne var ki, küresel yoksulluk gibi sosyal sorunların ekonomik küreselleşmeye eşlik ettiği gözlenmektedir. Bu çalışmada, ekonomik küreselleşmeye eşlik eden küresel yoksulluk gibi uluslararasısosyal sorunlar ve bu sorunlara çözüm arayan ILO ve BM gibi kuruluşların çalışmalarıana hatlarıyla ele alınmış, bunların yeterlilik düzeyi tartışılmışve bir uluslararasısosyal düzenin oluşturulmasıgereği üzerinde durulmuştur. Çalışmanın hazırlanmasında birincil ve ikincil kaynaklar taranmış; yorumlayıcı, analitik ve ampirik yöntemlerden yeri geldikçe yararlanılmıştır. Çalışmada, ekonomik küreselleşme sürecine dünya barışıiçin önemli olan küresel yoksulluk gibi sosyal sorunların eşlik ettiği, ancak uluslararasıdüzeyde sorunun çözümü için yeterli önlemler alınmadığısonucuna varılmıştır. Bu nedenle, dünya barışıile istikrarının tesisi ve korunmasıiçin uluslararasıdüzeyde önemli olan aktörler ve kamuoyunun söz konusu sorunların çözümlenmesine aktif olarak katılmasıve sorumluluk üstlenmesi gerekmektedir.

According to New Liberal approach, economic globalization motivated by market mechanism produces world welfare. However, it has been observed that global social problems such as global poverty accompanied with the process of economic globalization haven’t been solved in the international level. In this paper it has been discussed that international social problems such as global poverty accompanying with the process of economic globalization and the works of ILO and UN which search for solutions to these problems have been held and sufficiency level of these has been discussed and it has been focused on the fact that it should be formed an international social order for an appropriate solution. It has been applied to primary and secondary sources and benefited from descriptive-analytical and empirical methods. In this study it has been concluded that such social problems as global poverty which is significant for the world peace have been accompanied with the process of economic globalization but it has not been taken sufficient measurements to solve the problem in the international level. It is necessary for building and protecting world peace and stability, international actors and public significance in the international level should participate and take responsibility in solving the problems mentioned above in an active way
