En İyi Uygulamanın Transferi ile Örgütsel Kültür Arasındaki İlişki

Kıyaslamanın kökeninin genellikle Japonya olduğu düşünülür. Mamafih, 1970'lerin sonlanrı ile 1980'lerin başlarında Japon ortağından bir süreci öğrenmeye başlayan Xerox'a kadar kavramın kullanımı yaygın değildi. Bu noktadan itibaren kıyaslamanın popülaritesi hızla artmıştır. En iyi uygulamaların transferi kültürel değişimler için zorunludur. Bu değişimlere davranışsal direnç gösterilebilir. Bu nedenle tepe yöneticileri en iyi uygulamaların etkili transferini ciddiye almalılar. En iyi uygulamaları iş kültürünün bir parçası yapma en iyi uygulamaların etkili bir transferinin amacıdır. Aynı zamanda en iyi uygulamalar öğrenme ve bilginin kaynağıdır. Ve iyi bilgi yönetimi en iyi uygulamaların etkili transferim kolaylaştırır.

It is generally accepted that the art of benchmarking originated in Japan. However it was not until Xerox Started using a process of learning from its Japanese partner in the late 1970s and early 1980s. From that point on, benchmarking grew rapidly in usage as well as popularity. The transfer of best practices are essential for cultural challenges. That challenges may be showed behavioural resistance. Therefore senior managers have to be serious about the effective transfer of best practices. Making best practices part of the culture of work is a goal for effective transfer of best practices Best practices are a source of learning and knovvledge. And good knovvledge management facilitates effective transfer of best practices.
