Determining logistics center's ISO/IEC 9126 software product quality criteria based on analytic hierarchy process

ISO/IEC 9126 yazılım kalite modeli iki önemli özelliğini işaret eder. Birincisi; kullanıcı, geliştiren ve yöneticinin ürün kalitesine ait görüşü; ikincisi kullanım kılavuzlarında yer alan kalite karakteristikleri ile ilgilidir. Bu iki özellik, bizi lojistik merkezi yazılım kalite karakteristiklerinin daha iyi anlaşılması konusunda çalışmak için cesaret veren unsurlardı. Biz bu çalışmada, lojistik merkezi yazılım kalite gereksinimlerini karşılamada yeterince güçlü olan yazılım ürün kalite karakteristiklerini seçtik. Lojistik merkezinin zorunlu ve kullanışlı yazılım ürün kalite kriterlerini belirlemek için ISO/IEC 9126 ile çok kriterli karar verme yöntemlerinden Analitik Hiyerarşi Yöntemini kullandık. Sonuç olarak, geliştirilmiş alt standartları içeren bir başka bir model önerdik.

Lojistik merkezine ait ISO/IEC 9126 yazılım ürünü kalite kriterlerinin analitik hiyerarşi yöntemi ile belirlenmesi

ISO/IEC 9126 software product quality model points out two significant properties; first related to the user, the developer and the manager’s view for product quality and second the quality characteristics are accompanied by guidelines for their use. These two properties are encouragement to us as we continue to strive for better understanding of the logistics centers software product quality characteristics. In this paper, we selected software product quality characteristics that were powerful enough to capture logistics center’s software quality requirements. We have used multicriteria decision making method called Analytic Hierarchy Process with ISO/IEC 9126 for determining logistics center’s essential and useful software product quality criteria. Eventually, we proposed an equivalent model which includes modified base standards.
