Romatoid artritte asimetrik eklem tutulumu: Üç olgu sunumu

Asymmetrical joint involvement and rheumatoid arthritis: Three cases

Symmetric joint involvement one of the criteria of diagnose of rheumatoid arthritis arrangedby American College of Rheumatology. Although it is often mentioned about symmetric jointinvolvement on cases with rheumatoid arthritis, there are fewer cases about asymmetric jointinvolvement. It was observed that frequency of asymmetric joint involvement is higher in cese in which disease activity is low and rheumatoid factor is negative. In this article, our aim is to conspicuousness on asymmetric joint involvement of rheumatoid arthritis by submitting three cases on which rheumatoid arthritis was diagnosed according to criteria of American College of Rheumatology.
