Akut Apandisit Tanısında Ultrasonografinin Yeri

Akut apandisit tüm dünyada en sık karşılaşılan ve cerrahi müdahale gerektiren akut batın sendromu etyolojisidir. Fakat akut apandisit tanısı her zaman kolaylıkla koyulabilen bir tanı değildir. Fizik muayene ve laboratuar tetkikleri ile tanı koyulmakta zorlanılan olgularda görüntüleme yöntemlerinden faydalanılmaktadır. Bu çalışmada acil servise başvuran ve akut apandisit ön tanısı ile ameliyata alınan 287 olgunun kayıtları retrospektif olarak incelendi ve akut apandisit tanısı koymakta ultrasonografinin etkinliği araştırıldı.

The Use of Ultrasound Imaging For Acute Appendicitis

Acute appendicitis is the most common ethiology of the acute abdomen syndrome. Diagnose may be difficult for atipical cases. Some imaging methots may be helpful to diagnose for these type of cases. We aimed to evaluate the use of ultrasound for 287 acute appendicitis cases in our hospital emergency service retrospectively in this study.
