Sağlık Kurumlarında Stratejik Yetenek Yönetimi: Kavramsal Bir Çalışma

DOI:10.17681/hsp.480322Yetenek yönetimi; yetenekleri keşfeden, geliştiren ve sürdüren, sistematik ve dinamik bir süreç olarak ifade edilmektedir. Yetenek yönetimi, doğru kişinin doğru zamanda doğru işte olmasını kolaylaştırmaktadır ve yetenek yönetimi uygulamaları örgütsel başarıyı artırma potansiyeline sahiptir. Yetenek yönetimi, birçok sağlık kurumunda sorunlu alanlardan biridir. Sağlık kurumlarının günümüz sağlık piyasasında rekabet avantajı elde etmek için yetenek planlama stratejilerini stratejik planlarına dâhil etmesi gereklidir. Bu doğrultuda bu çalışmada yetenek yönetimi ve stratejik yetenek yönetimi kavramlarının sağlık kurumları ölçeğinde irdelenmesi amaçlanmıştır.

Strategic Talent Management in Health Care Organizations: A Conceptual Study

DOI:10.17681/hsp.480322Talent management is expressed as a systematic and dynamic process that discovers, develops and maintains talents. It facilitates the right person to be in the right job at the right time, and talent management practices have the potential to increase organizational success. Talent management is one of the problem areas in many health care organizations. Health care organizations need to incorporate talent planning strategies into their strategic plans to achieve a competitive advantage in today’s healthcare market. In this study, it is aimed to examine the concepts of talent management and strategic talent management in the scale of health care organizations.
