İki Boyutlu Benlik Saygısı ve Öznel İyi Oluş Arasındaki İlişkilerin İncelenmesi

Özet Bu çalışmanın amacı benlik saygısı ve öznel iyi oluş arasındaki ilişkileri incelemektir. Araştırmanın katılımcılarını Sakarya Üniversitesinde öğrenim gören 191 üniversite öğrencisi (71 Erkek/120 Kadın) oluşturmuştur. Veri toplama araçları olarak İki Boyutlu Benlik Saygısı (Kendini Sevme/ Öz-yeterlik) Ölçeği, Yaşam Doyumu Ölçeği ve Pozitif-Negatif Duygu Ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Verilerin analizinde Pearson Momentler Çarpımı Korelasyonu ve Çoklu Regresyon Analizi kullanılmıştır. Analiz sonuçları, benlik saygısı ile öznel iyi oluşun pozitif yönde ilişkili olduğunu ortaya koymuştur. Ayrıca benlik saygısının öznel iyi oluşu pozitif yönde anlamlı düzeyde yordadığı sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Çalışmanın bulguları ilgili alanyazın bağlamında tartışılmış ve önerilerde bulunulmuştur.
