TÜRKİYE’DE ÖZEL SEKTÖR’DE ÇALIŞAN BEYAZ YAKALI PROFESYONELLERİN, İŞ VE YÖNETİCİLERİNE DAİR ALGILARI İLE YAŞAM DOYUMLARI ARASINDAKİ İLİŞKİNİN İNCELENMESİ

Bu çalışma, beyaz yakalı çalışanların iş yeri koşulları ve yöneticilerine dair algılarının yaşam doyumlarını etkileyip etkilemediğini ve bunun iş performansı ile ilişkisini ortaya koymak amacıyla yapılmıştır. Bu çalışma; çalışanın iş yeri değiştirme eğilimi, düşük motivasyon ve düşük performans gibi işletmelerin karlılığını doğrudan ve dolaylı olarak etkileyen insan kaynağı ile ilgili problemlere dair bilgi sunmaktadır. Kişinin yaşam doyumuna etki edeceği öngörülen değişkenlerden; çalışanın çalışma yılı, mesleki ilerleme inancı, yöneticisinin iyi bir yönetici olup olmadığına dair inancı, yöneticisinin adil bir yönetici olup olmadığına dair inancı, kurumda kendisini güvende hissedip hissetmediği değişkenlerinin, yaşam doyumuna istatistiksel açıdan anlamlı düzeyde etki ettiği bulunmuştur.

A RESEARCH IN TURKEY, ABOUT THE RELATIONSHIP OF PRIVATE SECTOR WHITE COLLAR PROFESSIONALS’ LIFE SATISFACTION AND THEIR PERCEPTION OF WORK PLACE AND MANAGERS

This research is conducted to reveal the relationship between white collar professionals' life staisfaction and their perception of work place and managers and the influence of this perception on the work performance. This paper presents information about human resource problems low motivation, low performance and high turnovers which have direct and indirect impact on proftability of corporations. The results show that, some of the variables which were predicted to have impact on life satisfaction of employees; total years the employee has been working, faith in promotion, perception about the manager’s managerial skills and fairness, perception about the reliability of the corporation have statistically meaningful influence on the life satisfaction of the person.
