SAĞLIK KURUMLARINDA YÖNLENDİRME STRATEJİLERİ

Günümüz iş çevrelerinde sağlık kurumları birçok zorlu görevle karşı karşıyadırlar. Finansman, insan kaynakları, temel işletme faaliyetleri ve diğer pek çok faktör bir sağlık kurumunun odak noktasını etkileyebilmektedir. Bu faktörlerin üstesinden gelebilmek için sağlık kurumları sıklıkla odak noktalarını kalıcılaştıracak yapılar oluştururlar. Misyon, vizyon, değerler ve stratejik amaçlar, temel örgütsel kararları verirken stratejistlere rehberlik ettikleri için yönlendirme stratejileri olarak adlandırılırlar. Bu çalışma stratejik yönetimin temel konuları arasında yer alan ve yönlendirme stratejileri olarak adlandırılan misyon, vizyon, amaç ve değer kavramlarının genel olarak tanıtılması ve sağlık kurumları yönetimindeki önemlerinin ortaya konulması amacıyla yapılmıştır

Health care organizations are faced with many challenging tasks in today’s business environment. Finance, human resources, basic business activities and many other factors can affect focal point of a health care organization. Health care organizations often form structures that will make focal points permanent in order to be able to overcome these factors. Mission, vision, values and strategic objectives are called as direction strategies because they guide to strategists while making basic organizational decisions. It’s aimed to this study that introduce typically concepts of mission, vision, objective and values that is called as direction strategies that is one of the basic subjects of strategic management and present importance of them in management of health care organizations
