Multinational companies trade in the other countries which influenced by a lot of risk and problems. One of the problems is determined a suitable politics of wage and salary. This paper examines, the policies of wage and salary and resources what is the structıife of the recent wage and salary policies in the multinational companies. Consequently, important points at the payment, kinds of payments, botıuses, Utilities and other relation concepts are examined.
