The most important part of human resource maııagement is the reward system. The purpose of rervard System to attract qualified workers, to keep them and to motive thern. Another purpose of it, to pursue a payment system fair internally and competitive externally. Rewards may be in forms of money, utility encouragements. Factors such as motivational impact, costs and appropriateness to the organization system should be concerned as substantial in the design and analysis of the system. Otherwise concerning reward Systems are partipaticion of yvorkers to the wage system, flexible reward systems and being secret of wage systems.
