This essay helow has been pointed out some of the problems of methodologies employed in women’s studies. My concern in this paper is specifieally with methods and approaches in women’s studies, which is generally and hierarchically determined by Western centric views.Recognition of the importance of relationship between knowledge and action and its implications for women would be discussed The goal of the women’s studies should be not only to make visible the women ’s problems but also explain, and to produce knowledge that they need in the solution of these problems. Women studies should produce the new feminist methods as well as to provide knoıvledge for women in order to control manipulate and change their conditions in which they live.
