İŞLETMELERDE GÜVEN, ÖDÜL VE TAKDİR SİSTEMİ İLE BİLGİ YÖNETİMİ ARASINDAKİ İLİŞKİNİN İNCELENMESİNE YÖNELİK BİR ARAŞTIRMA

Bilgi, 21. yüzyıl bilgi toplumunda hem en önemli stratejik kaynak hem de üretim faktörü haline gelmiştir. Bu yüzden, bilgiyi sistematik bir biçimde yöneten ve katma değer elde eden işletmeler rekabet avantajı sağlayacak ve rekabeti karşılayacaktır. Fakat bilgi yönetiminin etkin ve başarılı bir şekilde gerçekleşmesine etki eden faktörler bulunmaktadır. Bu faktörlerden bazıları “soft” konular olarak nitelendirilen “güven”, “ödül ve takdir sistemi”dir. Araştırmamızın temel amacı; Türkiye’de faaliyet gösteren işletmelerde güven, ödül ve takdir sistemi ile bilgi yönetimi arasında ne yönde bir ilişkinin olduğunu ortaya koymaktır. Araştırma kapsamına İstanbul Sanayi Odası ’nm belirlediği Türkiye’nin İlk 500 Sanayi Kuruluşları alınmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda; Türkiye’de ki işletmelerde güven ve bilginin elde edilmesi, paylaşılması arasında pozitif bir ilişkinin olduğu görülmüştür. Ayrıca, ödül ve takdir sistemi ile bilginin elde edilmesi, paylaşılması ve kullanılması arasında da pozitif bir ilişkinin olduğu tespit edilmiştir.
