İŞ EKOLOJİSİNİN YENİ PARADİGMASI

In our study we particularly focus on new organization paradigma. Chaos theory and its spin off complexity theory discuss that relationships in complex systems, like organizations, are nonlinear made up of interconnections and branching choices that produce unintended consequences and render the universe unpredictable Now this theory widely discussed in the scientific community will provide a new and more accurate vision for organization. Really can this theory applicable in business area? Or something useful for physicists, no application to management and business. in this article we generally look for vivid view to the new business ecology with chaos theory.
