Hemodiyaliz Tedavisi Alan Hastalarda Motivasyonel Görüşme Yöntemi, Tedaviye Uyum: Olgu Sunumu/Motivational Interview Method in Patients Receiving Hemodialysis Treatment, Adherence to Treatment: A Case Report

Son dönem böbrek yetmezliği, dünyada ve ülkemizde görülme sıklığı giderek artan önemli bir halk sağlığı sorunudur. Son dönem böbrek yetmezliğinde en yaygın kullanılan renal replasman tedavi yöntemi hemodiyalizdir. Hemodiyaliz tedavisi karmaşık bir süreçtir ve tedavinin başarılı bir şekilde sürdürülebilmesinde en önemli etken hastanın tedaviye uyumudur. Bireyin uyumunu artırmak için farklı birçok yöntem bulunmaktadır. Motivasyonel görüşme tekniği de bu yöntemlerden biridir. Bu olgu sunumunun amacı; rutin hemodiyaliz tedavisi alan hastada uygulanan motivasyonel görüşme yöntemini sunmaktır.

End-stage renal disease is an important public health problem with an increasing incidence in the world and in our country. Hemodialysis is the most widely used renal replacement therapy for end-stage renal disease. Hemodialysis treatment is a complex process and the most important factor in the successful continuation of the treatment is the patient's compliance with the treatment. There are many different methods to increase the harmony of the individual. Motivational interview technique is one of these methods. The aim of this case report is; to present the motivational interview method applied to a patient receiving routine hemodialysis treatment.
