NADİR YERLEŞİM VE TANI ZORLUĞU NEDENİYLE: SOL DİAFRAGMATİK HİDATİD KİST
Diafragmatik kist hidatid oldukça nadir görülür. Bu çalışmada, karaciğer ve sol subdiafragmatik multipl intraabdominal kist hidatid nedeniyle operasyona alınan, ancak peroperatif sol supradiafragmatik kist hidatid tanısı konulan olgu, atipik yerleşimi, literatürde nadir rastlanması ve tanısında karşılaşılan zorluklar nedeniyle sunulmuştur.Kist hidatid; özellikle tarım ve hayvancılığın yaygın, koruyucu hekimliğin az olduğu gelişmekte olan ülkelerde sık görülen paraziter bir hastalıktır. Ülkemizde prevalansının 100.000’de 50, insidansının ise 100.000 de 2-6 civarında olduğu tahmin edilmektedir (1). Parazit %60 oranla karaciğerde, %30 akciğerde, %10 oranda da diğer organlarda hastalık yapar (2,3).

Due to Rare Location And Difficulty in Diagnosis: Left Diaphragmatic Cyst Hydatid
Diaphragmatic hydatid cyst is observed quite rarely. In this study, we would like to present a patient with preoperative left supradiaphragmatic hydatid cyst which was diagnosed when the patient was taken under operation due to liver and left supradiaphragmatic multiple intraabdominal hydatid cysts. As well as being rare in the literature, we believe the case is worth to be presented due to its atypical location and the difficulties encountered in its diagnosis.Diaphragmatic hydatid cyst is observed quite rarely.
