Toraks duvarı tümörleri; nadir olarak görülmesine rağmen agresif bir seyir gösterdiğinden tanı ve tedavide önemli yer tutmaktadır. Tedavide öncelikli olarak  cerrahi yöntemler kullanılsa da  kemoterapi ve radyoterapi de tedavi sürecinde önemli bir yer tutmaktadır. Bu sunumumuzda travma sonrası bir ay gibi kısa bir sürede  hızlı bir şekilde progrese olduğu düşünülen, tanı ve tedavide cerrahi uyguladığımız fibrosarkom olgusunu tartışmak istedik. Tümörün hızlı bir şekilde progrese olması lezyonun malign olabileceğini düşündürdü. Patolji sonucu fibrosarkom olarak raporlandı. Sonuç olarak travmanın bu tarz malign tümörlerin progresyonun da bir etken olabiceğini ve tanı olarak ön planda  malignite düşünülen olgularda  tedaviye zaman geçilmeden başlanması gerektiğini düşünüyoruz.

Although chest wal ltumorsare not common disease, the disease reacts negatively on the patients, so diagnosis takes an important place during cure. First of all,  physicians prefer surgical methods, but chemotherapy and radiotherapy take an important place during cure process. In the presentation, surgical method was applied on the fibrosarcoma for the treatment, but the fibrosarcoma was getting bigger quickly again in a month. Tumor developed  in a short time. The resource of the problem was thought, and lesion malign may lead to the vital problem. Pathology result was reported as fibrosarcoma. In conclusion, thetype of malign tumors affect treatment progress, and malign tumors should be cured as soon as possible.
