Birleşik Devletler’in “Büyük Durgunluğunda” Reformist ve Devrimci Talepler / Reformist and Revolutionary Demands in the U.S. “Great Recession.”

ÖzetBu yazı, analitik olarak reformist reform talepleriyle devrimci reformları (ya da “devrimcitalepleri” ayırt edebilecek nesnel kriterleri, işçi sınıfının çıkarlarının savunulması ve kapitalizmiaşan hakiki bir sosyalist toplumun inşası açısından ortaya koymayı amaçlamaktadır. Normatifolarak, devrimci taleplerin desteklenmesi, kapitalizmin aşılma sürecini destek ve teşvikedilmesiyle ilgileniyor. Konu aldığı devrimci talepler teması doğrultusunda Amerika BirleşikDevletleri’nde yaşanan finansal kriz ve dönüştüğü “Büyük Durgunluğa” cevap olarak ortayaçıkan iki spesifik talepler kümesini ele alıyor. Geliştirdiği kriterler yoluyla bu taleplerideğerlendirerek sınıflamanın yanı sıra Birleşik Devletler’in bugünkü finansal ve iktisadîkrizine uygun olacak dönüştürücü devrimci talepler listesine bir başlangıç oluşturabilecekçerçevenin bazı bölümlerinin bir taslağını sunuyor.Anahtar Kelimeler Amerika Birleşik Devletleri, finansal kriz, Büyük Durgunluk, devrimcive reformist talepler, kısır ve dönüştürücü devrimci talepler. AbstractAnalytically (“positively”), this essay is concerned with being able to distinguish demandsfor reformist reforms (or “reformist demands”) from demands for revolutionary reforms (or“revolutionary demands”). Normatively, this essay is concerned with promoting revolutionarydemands, supporting and promoting the process of transcending capitalism. In line with itstopic of revolutionary demands, the essay discusses two specific sets of demands that weregenerated in response to the financial crisis and the Great Recession that it evolved into. Inaddition to evaluating and classifying these sets of demands, a sketch of a few parts of a framethat could be the beginning of a set of transitional revolutionary demands appropriate for theU.S. in its present financial and economic crisis is presented.Key Words: USA, financial crisis, Great Recession, revolutionary and reformist demands,sterile and transitional revolutionary demands.
