İşleme şartları ve iş parçası özelliklerine uygun CNC takım tezgahı seçimini hedefleyen bir karar destek sistemi

İşleme merkezi seçimi, yapılan yatırımın yüksekliği dikkate alındığında imalat firmaları açısından önemli bir problemdir. Pazarda birbiriyle benzer özelliklere sahip yüzlerce farklı modelde işleme merkezi satılmaktadır. Bunlar arasından uygun işleme merkezinin seçimi imalat firmaları için zor bir karar verme sürecidir. Bu çalışmada İMS olarak adlandırılan imalat firmaları için işleme merkezi seçiminde kullanılacak bir karar destek sistemi geliştirilmiştir. Bu karar destek sistemi geliştirilirken, iş parçasının özelliklerine ve işleme şartlarına uygun bir CNC takım tezgahı seçimi hedeflenmiştir. Geliştirilen karar destek sistemi iki gerçek örnek üzerinde denenmiş ve olumlu sonuçlar elde edilmiştir.

Machine tool selection is a very important problem for manufacturing companies because of the high capital investment. In machine-tool market, a great deal of machining center types and models are being sold. In this study, a decision support system (DSS), namely IMS, is developed. The developed DSS incorporates elimination questions, and based on the work definitions the questions eliminates unsuitable machine tools. The remaining (suitable) machines are listed for further review by the user. The selection is performed among approximately 160 machine tools which are placed in a database. The developed decision support system is illustrated with two real case studies and positive-results arefound.
