Asimetrik evolvent profilli düz dişli çarkların geometrisi ve gerilme analizi

Asimetrik profile sahip dişliler bilinen simetrik evolvent profilli dişlilere alternatif olarak literatürde sunulmaktadır. Bu yayında, asimetrik profilli düz dişlilerin goometrik bilgilerinin ve gerilme analizlerinin ortaya konmasının ardından simetrik profilli dişlilere olan üstünlükleri değerlendirilecektir.

In literature; involute spur gears with asymmetric teeth are presented an alternative application of conventional involute spur gears. This paper presents a research study on geometrical modeling and, stress analysis with FEM of asymmetric teeth. Then, use-ability of asymmetric spur gears is discussed.
