SERBEST MUHASEBECİ MALİ MÜŞAVİRLERİN YAŞAM DEĞERİYÖNELİMLERİNİ OLUŞTURAN FAKTÖRLERİN BELİRLENMESİ ÜZERİNE BİR ARAŞTIRMA

Bu çalışmanın amacı Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlerin yaşam değeri yönelimlerini tespit etmektir. Çalışma kuramsal olarak, Schwartz 1992 tarafından ortaya koyulan ve temel olarak 10 yaşam değerinden oluşandeğerler teorisine dayanmaktadır. Çalışmanın amacını gerçekleştirmek için Türkiye Serbest Muhasebeci MaliMüşavirler ve Yeminli Mali Müşavirler Odalar Birliği’ne TÜRMOB bağlı 31 ilin Serbest Muhasebeci MaliMüşavirler odalarına kayıtlı 448 Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavire literatürde geliştirilmiş bulunan ölçekleredayanarak hazırlanmış bir anket formu yöneltilmiştir. Sonuçlar SPSS 13 paket programı aracılığı ile faktör analizine Temel Bileşenler Analizi, Equamax Rotasyonu tabi tutulmuştur. Sonuç olarak Türkiye’de faaliyet gösteren Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlerin; Uyum, Güç, Evrensellik, Dürtü, Gelenek, Ait Olma, Yardımseverlik ve Hazcılık, olmak üzere 8 yaşam değeri yöneliminin olduğu tespit edilmiştir

A Factor Analysis to Investigate the Life Value Directions of Certified Public Accountants

This study uses the theory of values which bases on Schwartz 1992 ’s 10 core life values to explore the life value directions of 448 Certified Public Accountants from Union of Chambers of Certified Public Accountants ofTurkiye TÜRMOB registered 31 different chambers. A questionnaire is applied to the sample and SPSS 13packaged software is respectively used in data entrance-analyze and factor analysis Principle ComponentsAnalysis, Equamax Rotation processes. We find that certified public accountants in Turkiye have 8 life valuedirections as Conformity, Power, Universalism, Stimulation, Tradition, Belonging, Benevolence and Hedonism
