Ranciére’de Siyasi Olanın ‘Estetik’ Boyutu: “Siyaset Üzerine On Tez”* ve ‘Duyumsanır Olanın Paylaşımı’

Jacques Rancière’in kendisinin de belirttiği gibi, “siyaset” üzerine yazdığı yazılarda kullandığı temel kavramlar, polis, siyaset, siyasi olan, duyumsanır olanın paylaşımı ve estetik, onun düşünce serüveninin başından sonuna aynı şeylere işaret etmez. Bu nedenle de Rancière’in yazıları çoğu zaman yanlış anlaşılmaya müsait olmuştur. Bu makalenin amacı, Rancière’in siyasi düşüncesini ortaya koyarken kullandığı temel kavramları onun siyasi düşüncesinin problematikleri ve yöntemi çerçevesinde belirginleştirmektir. Bu kavramlar, geleneksel siyaset teorisinin belli başlı ön kabullerini eleştirdiği “Siyaset Üzerine On Tez” adlı makalesi ekseninde ele alınacaktır. Bu değerlendirmede özellikle ‘duyumsanır olanın paylaşımı’ mevhumu üzerinde durulacak ve Rancière’in siyasi düşüncesinin estetik boyutunu kavramak açısından önemi vurgulanacaktır

The Aesthetic Dimension of the Political in Rancière: “Ten Theses on Politics” and the ‘Distribution of the Sensible’

As Jacques Rancière himself remarks, the fundamental political ‘concepts’ of his thought, such as police, politics, the political, distribution of the sensible and aesthetics do not possess the same meaning throughout his intellectual life. Hence, his writings have presented a potential for misunderstanding. The aim of this paper is to clarify his political conceptualizations in view of his political and philosophical methodology and problematic as presented by the “Ten Theses on Politics,” where the notion of distribution of the sensible will be highlighted for understanding the aesthetical dimension of his political thought
