Protein analysis with kjeldahl of pollen grains collected by Apis mellifera L.

Özet: Mayıs, Haziran, Temmuz, Ağustos ve Eylül aylarında, arıcılığın yoğun olarak yapıldığı Bursa 'nın Cumalıkızık, Narlıdere, Akçalar, İkizce, Çekrice ve Baraklı Bölgeleri 'nden polen örnekleri toplanmıştır. Toplanan polenlerden arıların miktar bakımından en çok topladığı 14 takson polen, ekonomik olarak önemli olduğu gerekçesiyle morfolojik ve protein analizleri için çalışılmaya uygun bulunmuştur. Mikroskop ile yapılan teşhisler sonucunda 8 familyaya ait 14 takson belirlenmiştir. Bu taksonlarda Kjeldal metoduna göre protein içeriği incelenmiştir. NX5.6'ya göre yapılan Kjeldahl protein analiz sonucunda yaş kurutulmamış örneklerden Papaver rhoeas L. Vo24.13 ile en yüksek protein içeriğine sahip bulunmuştur. Bunu %23.77 ile Trifolium pratense L. ve Trifolium repens L. izlemiştir. Bununla birlikte tüketicinin uyguladığı (45 C'de 6 saat) koşullarda kurutulan polenlerde protein miktarı artış göstermiştir. Kuru örneklerde protein miktarı %24.25 ile en yüksek T. pratense L. ve T. repens L. 'de çıkmıştır. Üçüncü olarak R. raphanistrum L % 24.01 ile ve dördüncü olarak P. rhoeas L. % 23.32 ile en yüksek protein miktarına sahip olarak bulunmuştur. Böylece T. pratense L., T. repens L., R. raphanistrum L. ve P. rhoeas L. zengin protein içeriği nedeniyle tüketimi önem kazanmıştır.

Summary: Pollen samples were collected during May, June, July, August and September from Cumahkizik, Narlıdere, Akçalar, İkizce, Çekrice and Barakh regions in Bursa where there is widespread beekeeping. 14 kinds of pollen taxa collected by the honeybees, which had the largest amounts of pollen compared to others, were selected as appropriate to study for morphological and protein analysis because of their economic importance. Identifications made under a microscope determined that the 14 pollen taxa belong to 8 families. These taxa protein contents were examined by Kjeldahl method. Results of Kjeldahl protein analysis regarding Nx5.6 on wet nondried samples found that Papaver rhoeas L. had the highest protein content of '24.13%, while Trifolium pratense L. and Trifolium repens L. followed with 23.77%. However, in the samples dried within the conditions applied by the producers (6 hours at 45 C), the amount of protein showed an increase. In the dry samples, percentage of protein was found to be 24.25% in the highest two, T. pratense L. and T. repens L. The third place with dry protein content was Raphanus raphanistrum L. with 24.01%, and P. rhoeas L. took fourth place with 23.32%. So, consumption ofT. pratense L., T. repens L., R. raphanistrum L. and P. rhoeas L. become important because of their high protein content.
