Avusturya İşçi ve İşveren Güvencesi Yasasına göre 31 Aralık 2002 tarihinden sonra başlayan iş ilişkilerinde yeni tazminat sistemi geçerlidir. Bu işçi için her ay ilave tazminat anlamına gelir.

According to the Austrian Corporate Employee and Self Employed Pension Act for employees whose contracts of employment begin after 31.December 2002, the provisions of the new separation benefits system applys. It means, that every contribution month of an employee’s servise and certain qualifying non- contributory periods accrue a vestet entitlement to benefit.
