Eğitim sisteminde niteliğin artırılmasının koşulu, sisteme nitelikli öğretmen girdisini sağlamaktır. Bunun için toplumlar, öğretmen eğitim sistemlerini, diğer ülkelerin öğretmen eğitim sistemi ile karsılaştırarak geliştirmek istemişlerdir. Bu bakımdan, bu çalışmada, AB ülkeleri içerisinde hem eğitim sistemi hem de öğretmen eğitim sistemi farklı bir özelliğe sahip Alman öğretmen eğitim sistemi ve öğretmenlik mesleğine alınacak öğretmen adaylarının seçiminde uygulanan yaklaşımlar ele alınmıştır. Bu amaçla Almanya’nın öğretmen eğitiminin yapısı tanıtılmış ve daha sonra Türkiye’nin öğretmen eğitim uygulamalarıyla karsılaştırarak, yorum ve öneriler yapılmış, Avrupa Birliğine üyelik süreci içinde Türk eğitim sisteminde, öğretmen yetiştirme programlarında, yeniden yapılanmaya gidilmesinin uygun olacağı sonucuna varılmıştır. Özellikle okul deneyimi ve öğretmenlik uygulaması konusunda yeniden düzenleme yapılması gerektiği sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.

The condition to increase qualification in the education system provides qualified teacher input to the system. Therefore, societies wanted to develop their teacher training system by comparing with teacher training systems of other countries. Therefore, approaches which are applied in the selection of teacher candidates who will be involved into tutorage occupation and the German tutorage training system which has a different feature either for the training system or for the tutorage training system. This study has a qualification of collection by this purpose and teacher training structure of Germany was introduced at first and then solution suggestions are developed by comparing teacher training programs of Turkey.Key words: Teacher training, German teacher training system, Turkish teacher training system, European Union
