Analysis of anticancer drugs using thin layer chromatography–A review

Cancer is a fatal diseaseand cancer incidence is increasing from day to day. Thus, anticancer drugs are widely used and their analysis requires simple and effective analytical procedures. Thin layer chromatography (TLC) is a promising technique for drug analysis as a simple and versatile technique with low cost of analysis, minimal sample clean-up and high sample loading capacity. An extensive literature survey has been done and TLC techniques used for the analysis of anticancer agents in different matrices have been presented
