Özel Sektör Dengesinin Hükümet Bütçesi Üzerindeki Etkisi: Ampirik Bir İnceleme
Bu çalışmanın amacı, Türkiye’de özel sektör dengesinin hükümetbütçesi üzerindeki etkisini büyüme oranı, finans hesabı dengesive hanehalkı tüketim harcamalarını kullanarak incelemektir.Bu kapsamda ARDL yaklaşımı kullanılmıştır. Bulgular özel sektördengesinin, hükümet bütçesi dengesi üzerinde anlamlı bir etkidebulunmadığını göstermektedir. Finans hesabı dengesinin, hükümetbütçe dengesini uzun ve kısa dönemde önemli biçimde etkileyentek değişken olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmaktadır.
The Effect Of Private Sector Balance On Government Budget: An Empirical Examination
This paper aims to examine the effect of private sector balance(PSB) on government budget balance (BD) in Turkey by usinggrowth rate (GE), financial account balance (FA), and householdconsumption expenditures (CH). In this context, ARDL approach isemployed. Findings suggest that PSB does not have a significanteffect on BD. FA has been found to be the only variable which hasa significant effect on BD in both the long and short run.
