Fikri Mülkiyete İlişkin Felsefi Tartışınalar

Bu makalede fikri mülkiyet haklarının felsefi temelleri incelenmektedir. Bu çerçevede; fikri mülkiyete ilişkin farklı görüşler ve kuramsal yaklaşımlar sunulmaktadır. Ayrıca, fikri mülkiyetin sınıfsal, özel ve kamusal niteliği tartışılmaktadır. Son olarak, bu konuda gelişmiş ülkeler ile azgelişmiş ülkeler arasındaki tartışmalara ve görüş ayrılıklarına yer verilmektedir.

This article is concerned with the philosophical foundations of intellectual property rights. in this context. different opinions and theoretical approaches about intellectual property will be presented. The study will also try to discuss the private and public character of intellectual property. in addition, the disputes and the differences of opinion between developed countries and underdeveloped countries will be displayed
