Sevofloran ve halotan anestezisinin atraküryumun yaptığı nöromüsküler blokaja etkileri

The effect of sevoflurane and halothane on the neuromuscular block produced by atracurium

We compared the effect of sevoflurane and halothane on the neuromuscular block of atracurium. Without giving premedication all the patients received 2g/kg fentanyl and 5-7mg/kg thiopentane for induction. Group I received 0.5mg/kg atracurium+halothane and Group II 0.5 mg/kg atracurium+sevoflurane for maintenance. Adductor pollicis muscle was used for TOF Guard monitorization. After giving myorelaxant agent onset time Tl max max block %, TI 25, T2max, T2 25, T 75, recovery index and TOF 70 were recorded. In Group II recovery index and TOF 70 were statistically longer than Group I. During the operation there were no significant differences observed regarding hemodynamic data between the groups.
