Dev arteriyovenöz fistül anevrizması
Arteriyovenöz fistüller; kronik böbrek yetmezliği olan hastalarda hemodiyaliz için kalıcı damar erişimi olarak en sık kullanılan yoldur. Arteriyovenöz fistülün kullanılmasına bağlı olarak en sık gelişen geç dönem komplikasyonu da venöz paternde oluşan anevrizmadır. Gelişen anevrizmaların, tedavi edilmedikleri taktirde; embolizasyon, tromboz, hemoraji, enfeksiyon ve distal iskemi gibi komplikasyonlara neden olduğu bilinmektedir. Biz bu çalışmamızda; komplike olmuş dev arteriyovenöz fistül anevrizması olan bir vakamıza uyguladığımız cerrahi tedavi yaklaşımımızı sunmayı amaçladık
Giant aneurism of an arteriovenous fistula
The arteriovenous fistulas are the most frequently used ways of vascular access to hemodialysis in patients with chronic renal failure. Venous aneurysms are the most common complications due to the usage of fistulas at long-term follow-up. It is well known that there are complications such as embolization, thrombosis, hemorrhage, infection occur when these aneurysms are not treated surgically. In our case, we aimed to present the surgical approach that we performed to treat a complicated aneurysm of the arteriovenous fistula
