Çocuklarda Astım Tanısına Pratik Bir Bakış

Astım, tekrarlayan öksürük, hışıltı, nefes darlığı ve göğüste sıkışma ataklarıyla seyreden alt havayollarının inflamasyonu ve obstrüksiyonu ile karakterize çocukluk çağının en sık görülen kronik hastalığıdır. İyi bir anamnez ve fizik muayene, tanısal testlerin yapılması, klinik takip ve tedavi yanıtı tanı koydurucudur. Bu makalede çocukluk çağı astımı tanısı yeni bilgiler eşliğinde özetlenmiştir.
