Gebelikte Hipertansif Bozukluklar; Tanım, Sınıflandırma ve Patofizyoloji

Gebelikte hipertansif bozukluklar esansiyel hipertansiyondan gebeliğe özgü klinik sendromlara kadar çeşitlilik gösterir. Preeklampsi maternal ve fetal morbidite ve mortalitenin önde gelen sebeplerinden olan gebeliğe özgü hipertansiyon ve proteinüri ile karakterize multisistemik bir hastalıktır. Bu derlemede gebelikte hipertansif bozuklukların tanımı, sınıflaması ve patofizyolojisinin özetlenmesi amaçlanmıştır
