Mevlânâ ve Kierkegaard'da Benliğin Gelişimi

İlk bakışta, koyu bir Hıristiyanlık eğitimi almış Danimarkalı bir 19. Yüzyıl filozofu ile Anadolu Selçuklu döneminde yaşamış bir İslam mistiğinin düşünceleri arasında benzer yaklaşımlar olabileceğini düşünmek oldukça güçtür. Ancak Mevlânâ Celâleddîn-i Rûmî ve Sİren Kierkegaard, insana ve onun sahip olduğu olanaklara bakış açılarıyla farklı çağlardan benzer düşünceleri dile getiriyor görünmektedirler. Bu makalenin amacı Mevlânâve Kierkegaard düşüncesindeki muhtemel benzerlikleri, benlik kavramı ve benliğin gelişim aşamaları bağlamında varoluşçu bir bakış açısıyla ele almaktır

Development of the Self in Rumi and Kierkegaard

At first glance, it is hard to imagine that there may be similar approaches between the thoughts of a 19th-century Danish philosopher who grown up with Christian education and an Islamic mystic that lived during the Anatolian Seljuk period. However, Mevlânâ Celâleddîn-i Rûmî and Søren Kierkegaard seem to express resembling thoughts from the different eras about the human being and his possibilities. The main purpose of this paper is examine the possible similarities of the concept of self and development of self in the thought Rûmî and Kierkegaard in terms of an existentialist view.
