Makalede Karaçay- Malkar Türkçesinin Cümle bilgisi içerisinde semantik yapısı üzerinde durulmuştur. Cümle yapısı üzerinde farklı bilim adamlarının görüşlerine yer verilerek kendi fikirlerini örneklerle açıklamıştır. Cümle içerisinde nesne ve diğer bileşenlerin semantik düzen içerisindeki kullanımları gösterilmiştir. 

In this article, the formal-semantical characteristic of the sentences in Karachai-Balkar languages are analyzed. Many examples from these languages are given to show the difference between the aspects of many scientists dealing with the structure of the sentence. It means the use of the subject, object and other components of the sentence.
