Yeni Zelanda tavşanında Os interparietale' nin postnatal osteolojik gelişimi
Bu çalışmada Yeni Zelanda tavşanında os interparietale’nin postnatal osteolojik gelişimi incelenmiştir. Çalışmada 16 adet 2 farklı periyotta (1. periyot 1 günlük, 2. periyot 5-8 günlük) erkek Beyaz Yeni Zelanda tavşanının cranium’ları alizarin red ve alcian blue ile boyanmış ve kemik gelişimi ve birleşmesi gösterilmiştir. Os interparietale’nin tek olan kemikleşme merkezi ve sekizinci güne kadarki gelişimi net olarak görülmüştür. Yaşın os interparietale’nin gelişimi için önemli bir faktör olduğu görülmüştür.
Postnatal osteological growth and fusion of the interparietal bone in nex zealand rabbit
This study was carried out to determine postnatal development of the interparietal bone in New Zealand rabbit. Heads of the 8 one-day old and 8 five-eight days old rabbits were stainned with alizarin red&alcian blue to depict the growth and fusion. The results clearly indicated appearance of a single ossification center in the draft of the interparietal bone, and the development completed on the postnatal 8th day. Age seems to be an important factor for the growth of the interparietal bone.
