Somatik hücre sayısının süt üre nitrojen ile süt kompozisyonuna olan etkisi

Denemede somatik hücre sayısının süt üre nitrojen ile süt komposizyonuna olan etkisi araştırılmıştır. Araştırmada 30 adet Siyah alaca inek, somatik hücre sayısına göre 2 gruba ayrılmıştır. Denemede somatik hücre sayısının (1. Grup: x268.000 hücre/ml) ele alınan ölçütlerden süt yağı, süt laktoz, yağsız kuru madde ve yoğunluk üzerine olan etkisinin istatistikî olarak önemli olduğu (P0.05). Denemede somatik hücre sayısı ile süt yağı arasında (r=0.209; P=0.026); yağsız kuru madde (r=-0.183; P=0.050); süt laktozu (r=-0.196; P=0.037) ile yoğunluk arasında (r=-0.281; P=0.002) önemli bir ilişki saptanmıştır.

The effect of somatic cell count on milk urea nitrogen and milk composition

The objective of this study was to evaluate the effects of somatic cell count on milk urea nitrogen and milk composition. According to their somatic cell count, the Holstein cows (n=30) were divided into two groups. In the experiment, somatic cell count (1. Group: x<268.000 cell/ml; 2. Group: x>268.000 cell/ml) were affected milk fat, milk lactose, solids-non-fat, density significantly (P<0.05); but were not affected milk urea nitrogen, milk protein, milk urea, total solid, acidity, free fatty acids, citric acid, milk caseine and freezing point depression (P>0.05). A significant correlation (r =0.209, P=0.026) was recorded between somatic cell count and milk fat; a significant correlation (r =-0.183, P=0.050) was recorded between somatic cell count and solids non fat; a significant correlation (r =-0.196, P=0.037) was recorded between somatic cell count and lactose and a significant correlation (r =-0.281, P=0.002) was recorded between somatic cell count and density.
