The object of this study was to compare the histopathologic change in uterus as well as the findings of clinical and bacteriological of twentyfour bitches with pyometra. Uterine lesions were grouped as acute endometritis, subacute endometritis, acute metritis, subacute metritis. Complete blood-count, blood biochemical parameters and toxin levels were determined.
