Divrigi Hematit Cevherinin Manyetik Kavurma ve Peletleme ile Degerlendirilmesi

Hematit cevherlerinin yuksek alan siddetii manyetik aytrtctlardazenginlestirilmesi bilinen bir yontem olmastna ragmen maliyeti yuksektiroBu cevherlerin manyetik kavurma ile manyetit cevherlerinedonusturulerek dusuk alan siddetli manyetik aytrtctlarda zenginiestirilmesi daha uygun bir yontem olarak gorulmektedir. Bu yontem bilinendiger yontemlere gore daha ekonomik ve son zamanlarda tercih edilenbir yontem olmustur. Divrigi hematit cevheri manyetik kavurma sonucu,dusiik alan siddetli manyetik aytrtctlarda zenginlestirilerek; optimumcaltsma parametreleri tespit edilmistir. %47.06 Fe tenorune sahip tiivenancevherinden, %62.26 Fe tenorlii konsantre %91.23 verimle eldeedilmistir. Elde edilen bu manyetik uriinden endustrinin istedigi ozelliktepelet uretimi gerceklestirilmistir.

EVALUATION OF HEMATITE ORE BY MAGNETIC ROASTING AND PELLETIZING

High intensity magnetic separation of hematite ores is a wellknownbut an expensive method. In comparison with this traditionalmethod, magnetic concentration of magnetite ore formed after magneticroasting of hematite has been an alternative and reasonable process.Utilization of this process would be more economical than the traditionaltype and therefore, it has been preferred recently. In this process,the aim of the roasting is to increase the magnetic susceptibility ofhematite and thus make it recoverable by a low intensity magnetic separator.Divrigi Hematite ore having 47. 06% Fe of grade was recoveredwith an efficiency of 91.23% and the grade was increased to a level of62.26% Fe. Using the magnetic product obtained ill this process, pelletproduction suitable for the industry was achieved
