Primary cutaneous follicle center lymphoma in a 77-year-old woman
Cutaneous B-cell lymphoma is characterized by monoclonal proliferation of the B-lymphocytes and usually limited to the skin. Primary cutaneous follicle center lymphoma is the most common cutaneous B-cell lymphoma, which is formed by clonal proliferation of centrocytes and centroblasts in follicular or diffuse pattern. Here we present a case of 77-year-old woman patient who had acomplaint of pruritic swellings on her scalp and diagnosed as primary cutaneous follicle center lymphoma. In this manner, we would like to remind this disease which we do not fre- quently meet in daily practice and emphasize to consider lymphoma in the differential diagnosis of these kind of lesions.
